Production

Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and slice the strawberries. Together with the yoghurt, put it in a high walled bowl.

Add the sugar.

Add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil.

Pour 2 teaspoons of raspberry balsamico to it.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer.

Put some ice cubes into a glass, and serve our strawberry-yoghurt drink poured on it. Decorate it with strawberries and a drinking straw.

Tip:

You can replace the powdered sugar with honey or birch sugar.
