Our premium quality, organic avocado oils are pressed from the ripe flesh of avocados. First, the stone is removed, then the ripe flesh is made into a pulp and mixed with sterile, cold water. 

The oil is pressed in an environment no hotter than 40 °C with a gentle method to make sure all the valuable nutrients along with the beloved taste are preserved

How to use

 

Owing to its delicious buttery taste, the avocado oil can be used in many different ways. 

Avocado oil has a high burning point making it ideal for quick-frying fish, shrimp, meat or vegetables. It also provides a mouth-watering, beautiful buttery aroma for grilled vegetables and dishes made in a frying pan or a wok. 

Combine it with vinegar to make special salad dressings, sauces, mayonnaises or aiolis that incorporate the harmony of creaminess with the freshness of delicate acidity.  

Avocado oil is also popular in the beauty industry. Due to its beneficial ingredients like excellent quality fatty acids, vitamins A, E and D, avocado oil is widely used in many different kinds of beauty products.

Storage

Kept unopened in a cold, dry place away from direct sunlight, the product can be stored for up to 14-18 months. 

The best before date is indicated on the bottle. 

When opened, the product is to be consumed within 3-4 months to avoid harming the quality of its beneficial nutrients.

Unfiltered so shake well before use!
