Ice creams and parfaits are a real summer favorite for kids. Indeed, we can make truly healthy parfaits mixed with real fruits at home, too, and the preparation can be added fun if we invite our children to assist in it.
Wash the strawberries, remove their stems and cut them in small pieces. Absorb excess water with a paper towel.
Mix the poppy seed flour with the caster sugar and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, leaving no lumps in it.
Mix in the rest of the yoghurt, the strawberry pieces and the apple balsamico crema.
Pour it in parfait forms, close them and put them in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
