Pour 1 tablespoon of raspberry balsamico into a jar with a closable lid. While preparing the dressing, make sure you follow the order of steps and always use a glass-walled dish. Add salt and pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil. Add 2 tablespoons of walnut oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Close the lid of the glass dish, and shake the dressing thoroughly.
Wash the rucola and the strawberries. Dry the rucola and slice it together with the strawberries.
Mix it with the ham, sprinkle it with pine nuts roasted in a pan (not on oil!) and pepper it to taste.
Pour the dressing on the salad and toss it thoroughly.
