Pour 1 tablespoon of apricot vinegar into a jar with a closable lid. While preparing the dressing, make sure you follow the order of steps and always use a glass-walled dish. Add salt and pepper.
Add 3 tablespoons of tiger nut oil. Add 1 tablespoon of camelina oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Close the lid of the glass dish and shake the dressing thoroughly.
Peel the asparagus and wash the ingredients thoroughly. Then cut them into small slices.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without oil) and sprinkle them on the salad.
