Strawberries are one of the finest delicacies of the spring. You may want to experiment with a new way of preparing it as a dessert. This cream concocted from cold pressed hazelnut oil and some apple balsamico crema makes it really extravagant.
Pour the oils in a kitchen chopper. Make sure the oils are of fridge temperature. Add the soy milk, also at fridge temperature.
Chop the ingredients for 10 seconds, then add the powdered sugar and the quince vinegar. Chop it for 5 more seconds.
Wash the strawberries and absorb the water. Drip some apple balsamico crema on the hazelnut mayonnaise and you have the perfect dip for the fresh strawberries.
