The importance of breakfast cannot be emphasized often enough. Indeed, a substantial smoothie rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients can give you a boost for the day. Cut up the fruits and slice the neutral tasting salad into strips.
Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
Put the ingredients into the glass of a mixer (you can use eritrit or some other sweetener, according to taste) ,add the liquids and blend them into a silky mix.
This makes for two substantial portions.
You can take this smoothie to work with you, just to take a gulp or two if you get hungry between two meals . Prepared with eritrit, it is sugar-free, too.
