With their characteristic flavors, cold pressed oils are wonderfully suitable for making various kinds of mayonnaise. This vegan, walnut oil mayonnaise is an excellent accompaniment to dishes and salads prepared from mushroom and beetroot.
Place the ingredients in a kitchen chopper. Make sure that all ingredients are the same temperature or else the mayonnaise will not have a creamy consistency.
Chop the ingredients for 10 seconds until the mixture reaches creamy consistency.
In our experience, fridge temperature makes for the best consistency.
