There is no better way to warm up on a cold winter day than with a frothy hot chocolate drink. In this recipe, hot chocolate is flavored with the exquisite, velvety tasting piedmont hazelnut oil instead of the traditional spices.
Bring the milk and the water to a boil, together with the honey and the grated orange rind.
Put in the dark chocolate broken into pieces and then mix it with a hand whisk until the chocolate smoothly melts in the liquid.
When the chocolate has cooled to about 60C, add the piedmont hazelnut oil and the whipping cream and whip it in a blender.
