Mayonnaise horseradish is a great accompaniment with cooked beef or smoked fish meals or sandwiches. In this recipe, the flavors are made even more exquisite with the hempseed oil and the beer balsamic vinegar.
With the exception of the horse radish, put all ingredients in a kitchen chopper.
Blend the ingredients for 10 seconds until the mixture reaches mayonnaise consistency. Make sure that all are of the same temperature or the mayonnaise will not be creamy. In our experience, fridge temperature makes for the best consistency.
Peel the horseradish, grate it very finely and mix it into the mayonnaise.
