Grilled shrimps matched with avocado cream can be a real treat for your guests and is also quick and easy to prepare.
Clean the pre-cooked shrimps and remove their shells.
Fry the shrimps with some snipped chili on the rape seed oil in a hot pan for 3 minutes.
Peel the avocados and cut them into cubes.
Slice the spring onions into rings.
Place the avocado, the spring onions, the sour cream, the garlic, the salt and pepper, the coriander and the mint in a kitchen chopper. Add the hempseed oil and the apricot vinegar.
Blend all the ingredients until creamy.
