Looking for a gourmet yet easy to prepare starter? With the fall season coming, you are bound to meet enormous success with this grilled figs, which we recommend you serve with soft goat cheese and some luscious apple balsamico.
Wash the fresh figs and then have the water absorbed. Remove their stem parts and cut each fig into quarters.
In a pan, heat the rapeseed oil together with the sprig of rosemary and turn the figs around in it (it will take 1-2 minutes). Meanwhile, flavor it with some pepper.
Serve the freshly grilled figs with green salad leaves and goat cheese broken into pieces, and, finally, with the apple balsamico crema.
