Instead of the margarine or butter spread on your regular morning sandwich, you may want to try this nutritious egg cream enriched with milk thistle oil. It is easy to make as well as delicious and healthy.
Wash the eggs thoroughly and then boil them hard in hot water in about 10 minutes. After they have boiled, peel them and remove their yolk.
Blend the boiled egg yolks with half of the whites, the cream cheese, the salt and pepper, the apricot vinegar, the mustard and the milk thistle oil until creamy.
Chop finely the rest of the egg whites, and mix it into the egg cream together with the parsley.
