If you feel like munching a little something, forget the shops and prepare your own, special, easy-to make crunchies at home! Chickpeas are not only healthy but also make for a delicious snack!
Rinse the chickpeas and absorb the excess water on a kitchen cloth.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C, ventilated. Place the chickpeas on a tin lined with baking paper and bake them in the hot oven for 35-40 minutes. Make sure you stir it every 5-6 minutes so that all the chickpeas get properly baked. It is done when the chickpeas are crunchy and not raw inside.
In the meantime, blend the curry, the salt and the argan oil in a bowl, and then mix in the baked, hot chickpeas so that they get fully covered with the spices.
