Cold fruit soups are the best summer refreshments. To give them an exquisite flavor, try out our cold pressed oils in place of the spices commonly used for desserts. This raspberry cream soup enriched with poppy seed oil is truly special, and the chia oil adds a boost of health to it.
Put the raspberries, the yoghurt, the milk, the honey, the pinch of salt and the oils in a kitchen chopper and blend them until creamy. You may want to pass it through a sieve so that no seeds are left in the soup.
Spread the puff pastry with egg yolk, sprinkle it with poppy seeds and then cut it into thin strips.
Curl the pastry strips and then bake them in a papered tin in the oven preheated to 180-190 °C until they turn golden brown.
