It’s not a novelty anymore that we can make superb desserts from chia seeds but perhaps you do not know that chia flour can be turned into a wonderfully delicious, creamy pudding in a matter of seconds. It tastes best when prepared with milk but if you are sensitive to milk or lactose, you can use seed milk, too.
Boil the milk with the scraped inside and pod of the vanilla bean.
Sift it and put it in the blender glass. Pour into it the mix of chia seed flour and eritrit.
Blend it all, then add one tbs chia oil, one tbs blackcurrant balsamico and just a hint of salt. Mix it thoroughly and it’s ready to serve. Consume it with dried or fresh fruits.
